These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tbije platform, including all betting, gaming, account, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using tbije, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

Each individual may hold only one registered tbije account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Multiple accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions are a serious violation of these terms.
tbije supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
All bonus funds and free-bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific turnover multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the individual offer's terms. General bonus rules are detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.
tbije operates exclusively with certified, independently audited game providers. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, engage in collusion, or manipulate outcomes constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tbije (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with tbije, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, gaming, bonus participation, and communication with our support team.
These Terms apply to all users of the tbije platform regardless of the device or method of access, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any native application distributed by tbije. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
tbije reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform's notification system or via email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use tbije, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
- You have not previously been excluded from the tbije platform or any affiliated platform.
- You are acting voluntarily and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment when placing bets or making financial decisions on the platform.
- You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose money deposited to your account.
tbije reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is provided. If verification reveals that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits refunded where legally required, and any winnings forfeited.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. tbije supports responsible access and takes its obligations with respect to underage protection seriously.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of features on tbije — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and participating in promotions — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as your registered bKash or Nagad number). You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account.
One Account Per Player: Each individual may register only one account on tbije. If it is discovered that a player operates more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP — tbije reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts. This rule exists to maintain the integrity of the platform and the fairness of bonus structures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account. tbije will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tbije support immediately at [email protected]. tbije may temporarily freeze your account while the matter is investigated. All activity conducted via your account credentials — until you notify tbije of a suspected breach — remains your responsibility.
tbije reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time. This may include requests for identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
tbije currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at tbije's discretion; any changes will be communicated via platform notifications.
Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your tbije account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. tbije does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside tbije's control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). tbije aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method and account number used for the original deposit where technically feasible, as a security and anti-money-laundering measure. Where this is not possible, you may be required to provide additional verification before an alternative withdrawal destination is accepted.
Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy: tbije maintains strict anti-money-laundering procedures. You may only deposit funds that are legally your own and derived from legitimate sources. tbije reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be frozen immediately pending investigation, and relevant disclosures may be made to competent authorities as required by applicable law.
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200 (may vary by payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal request: ৳500.
- Maximum single withdrawal per transaction: as stated on the Cashier page, subject to account verification tier.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- tbije does not accept deposits made using credit facilities obtained for the purpose of gambling.
tbije reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) a pending bonus has not met its wagering requirement; (c) the request is flagged by automated fraud-detection systems; or (d) tbije requires additional information to comply with its AML obligations.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
tbije periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions (for example, during BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh). All promotions are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer.
General Bonus Rules:
- Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders aged 18 and above only.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for direct withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- The wagering requirement (also known as the playthrough or turnover requirement) specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Typical requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% towards the requirement; slots may contribute between 50% and 100%; certain specialty or low-margin games may contribute 0% to 10%. Contributions are specified per promotion.
- Minimum odds restrictions apply to bets placed with bonus funds. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
- tbije reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who are mid-way through meeting a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation are given a reasonable opportunity to complete it.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
- tbije reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings from players who are found to have exploited promotions in bad faith, created multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or otherwise violated these Terms.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of tbije's management shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 10 of these Terms.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on tbije are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific game or market rules and these General Terms, the specific rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Sports Betting: tbije offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other sports as available. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
- tbije reserves the right to limit stake amounts on individual markets or for individual accounts where warranted by risk-management considerations.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant bet is settled, tbije's specific event rules will determine settlement. In the absence of specific rules, bets on events that do not reach the required completion threshold will be voided and stakes returned.
- Bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error may be voided at tbije's discretion, with stakes refunded.
- Results are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organising committee). In the event of a delay in official confirmation, settlement may be temporarily withheld.
Live Casino & Slots: Games provided by Ezugi, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers are governed by the rules embedded within each game. All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer games are subject to the house rules as administered by the dealer and studio operator in real time.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side state at the time of disconnection. tbije is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using the tbije platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair use of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method; impersonating another person.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on tbije, or assisting another person to create an account in circumvention of a suspension or exclusion.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
- Match-fixing and integrity violations: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge, participating in or facilitating the fixing of sporting outcomes, or using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
- Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform without express written permission from tbije.
- Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform to generate winnings that would not have occurred in normal circumstances. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to threaten, abuse, harass, or discriminate against tbije staff, other players, or any third party.
- Money laundering: Using the tbije platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
tbije employs fraud-detection and pattern-analysis systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced review, temporary holds on withdrawals, or immediate suspension pending investigation. Players have the right to request clarification on the reason for any account action by contacting support.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your tbije account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, tbije will ensure that any pending bets are settled, any outstanding withdrawal requests are processed, and your remaining real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion, which will prevent access to the account for a defined period (minimum 7 days, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, tbije will also suppress any marketing communications sent to the excluded account. Involuntary Closure or Suspension: tbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void associated bets and forfeit associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. tbije may apply an administrative dormancy fee or close such accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which is communicated separately.
- An order or direction from a competent regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tbije will communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the extent permitted by applicable law. Players may appeal account actions by submitting a formal complaint through the support channel.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the tbije platform — including but not limited to the tbije brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive property of tbije or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbije platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and wagering. This licence does not extend to:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any tbije content without prior written authorisation.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or application associated with the tbije platform.
- Using tbije's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion as to affiliation or endorsement.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the tbije platform using automated tools without express written consent.
Any unauthorised use of tbije's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbije, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tbije platform.
- Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made on the platform, including losses resulting from wagering with bonus funds.
- Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond tbije's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, network failures, acts of nature, or third-party service disruptions.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or banking institutions.
- Indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, even if tbije has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tbije's total aggregate liability to any individual player, for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of tbije is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on tbije, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, tbije collects personal data that you provide during registration and verification, data generated by your use of the platform (including betting history, payment transactions, and session information), and technical data collected automatically (such as IP address, device type, and browser information). This data is used to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.
tbije does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity-verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms and to comply with applicable law.
All personal data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols. You have rights in relation to your personal data, including rights of access, correction, and deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. 12. Amendments to These Terms
tbije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are considered material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — tbije will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via a prominent notice on the platform and/or an email to your registered address before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game availability) may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
Your continued use of the tbije platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 8.

Any dispute arising under a prior version of these Terms will be resolved under the version in effect at the time the dispute arose, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
